This community collaboration is a critical part of our success, and in that spirit, we are excited to invite all local businesses to our “When I Grow Up” (WIGU) K-12 Career Expo. The purpose of the WIGU Career Expo is to open young minds by showcasing real-life work experiences, and it is an excellent opportunity for the community and district to work together to make a real impact on our students.
The Hatboro-Horsham School District is committed to preparing and challenging students to achieve their maximum potential. To make this happen, we provide innovative educational programs and collaborate with educators, students, parents, and the community.
WIGU” is not your average career fair. In fact, it’s not a career fair at all. It’s a career exploration experience offered to HHSD families and students to help them think about their futures, explore new ideas, and engage in hands-on activities related to dozens of careers. We invite businesses to join us in opening our students’ minds to the many career possibilities in front of them, through fun, engaging, and hands-on activities.
