HPHA supporters have generated over $350,000 for the restoration project since January of 2004. Almost $300,000 has been spent on renovation and restoration work on the main structures at the Penrose-Strawbridge site.
Joseph H. (Buck) Penrose donated lawn mowing equipment, a tractor and trailer, furniture for the museum and an antique Otto engine to be either used or sold at the discretion of HPHA. Some of these items have been sold or are currently available for sale. More about the donations from Mr. Penrose
