May 26, 2015 REMORSE has been renamed APPARITION and has been released on DVD.

Look at the music video under extras on the Apparition Web Site for more of the Penrose Strawbridge House.

The independent movie Apparition (IMDB) was filmed in the Horsham area with about 85% of the film being set at the Penrose Strawbridge House in June 2013.

The crew spent about 3 weeks in the Horsham area filming mostly at the Penrose-Strawbridge House but also on Mann Road and at Village Hardware in Hatboro.

Directed by Quinn Saunders, APPARITION is a psychological thriller about an architect from Philadelphia, Doug (played by Bucks County native Jody Quiqley)

....and his fiancee Lori (south Jersey's Katrina Law, who purchase an old farmhouse which they intend to restore.

Things go downhill from there....

Lili Bordan also co-stars as Jaime.

Lori, in the film, is an artist and the walls of the house were adorned with beautiful art works loaned to the production by local artists Lauren Acton, James McCutcheon, and Julianne Snyder.

We are hoping to showcase these and other works by these artists with a reception at the Penrose -Strawbridge House in the near future, so stay tuned.
