The History of Horsham Township in the The Images of America Series was edited and written by local architect and historian Leon Clemmer and HPHA. It was published in 2004.

Learn more about the history of our area from Samuel Carpenter to Pitcairn Field and Whitemarsh Cemetery.

Filled with lots of interesting stories and photos. A Must Have for every Horsham resident!

The book is rich in photos and the history of the area from the purchase of what would become Horsham Township by four investors from William Penn, Samuel Carpenter, the building of the Keith House and Graeme Park in the early 1700s, our rich Quaker Heritage, College Settlement Camp,Whitemarsh Cemetery, Pitcairn Field, and the Willow Grove Naval Air Station.

Some of the highlights are visits by Amelia Earhart (pictured on the cover) in a Pitcairn autogiro, and singer Perry Como playing golf at Hidden Springs Golf Club.
